Applications for Cure LGS 365 Research
The Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome Foundation is the leading global organization committed to improving the lives of those impacted by LGS through advancing research, awareness, education, and family support. Since 2013, the LGS Foundation has awarded more than half a million dollars in funding for fourteen projects worldwide and is poised to grow research funding rapidly.
LGS is a rare, severe, life-threatening epilepsy that leads to uncontrolled seizures, significant brain damage, and lifelong dependence on others for care. The foundation has launched a new Cure LGS 365 Research Grants Program, and through the program, researchers may submit letters of intent 365 days a year, and the program will fund worthy projects within two months of submission. Projects may be funded at the $25,000, $50,000, or $75,000 level over two years.
Interested applicants are invited to submit a short (up to two pages) letter of intent to research@lgsfoundation.org outlining the project, timeline, and a rough budget.
For complete program guidelines and application instructions, see the Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome Foundation website.
Submissions to this sponsor/donor are managed by the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Please contact your unit-assigned ASUF Director of Development or Research Advancement Specialist at your earliest convenience to ensure ASU's strategic coordination and management of funding applications.
