Applications for Multiple Sclerosis Neuroscience Scholar Awards
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society welcomes applications for its Harry Weaver Scholar Award.
Through the program, five-year grants will be awarded in support of salary and research to highly qualified candidates who have concluded their research training and begun their academic careers as an independent investigator in an area related to MS. Up to 75 percent of annual salary support may be requested, not to exceed $75,000 in year one.
Pre-applications are due August 11. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application by August 18, 2021.
To be eligible, applicants must hold a doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) and be no more than seven years beyond the completion of their postdoctoral training.
