We have planned the following training/outreach sessions for the IRB for Spring 2023 semester.
Institutional Review Board (IRB) Basics
Learn everything you need to know about obtaining IRB approval for your human subjects research. Presenters will discuss the purpose and function of the IRB, requirements for approval, and how to submit for review. A portion of the session will be devoted to audience Q&As and specific topics. This session is designed for faculty, staff, and student investigators who are new to the IRB review process or would like clarity on any aspects of IRB review.

Institutional Review Board (IRB) Q & A
Learn everything you need to know about obtaining IRB approval for your human subjects research. This session will be devoted to audience Q&As about the IRB ERA portal (electronic system used to review IRB submissions) and the review process. This session is designed for faculty, staff, and student investigators who would like support from IRB staff regarding the various steps in the IRB review process and navigating those steps.
