The Knowledge Enterprise Research Technology Office (KE RTO) aims to provide unparalleled customer service, delivering advanced technological solutions and research services to support the needs of the ASU research community. Our services range from research data management, research computing, and 1:1 research technology consultation to specific services for KE departments such as deskside support, SharePoint solutions, ERA, automation, and more. Effective May 15, 2024, KE RTO transitioned to a new ticket request system. Requests for research technology support can be submitted via one of the options at https://rto.asu.edu/request-help/.
