National Institute on Aging Director’s Regional Meeting
The NIH, National Institute on Aging Regional Director’s Meeting will bring together interested parties (researchers, faculty, clinician scientists, public health scientists, and trainees) to provide information about NIA research and Career Development/Training Award Opportunities. Also, the meeting will have virtual breakout rooms with researchers and faculty members from the University of Arizona/Arizona State University and collaborating institutions moderating groups with the Divisions of Aging Biology, Behavioral and Social Research, Geriatrics and Clinical Gerontology, and Neuroscience.
Researchers interested in health disparities research are encouraged to attend. Persons from diverse backgrounds, including individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, individuals with disabilities, and women, are always encouraged to attend NIH-supported activities.
