KE Event: Best Practices for Responding to Request for Information (RFIs)

Moriah Locklear
August 23, 2023

The Federal Research Engagement Team (FREO) is holding a one-hour virtual event designed for faculty that will focus on the purpose and process of responding to federal Requests for Information (RFI). At this event, FREO will share how to effectively engage with the government by detailing what an RFI is, sharing best practices with templates, and presenting case studies. The seminar will be recorded but attendance is encouraged to allow open discussion.

An RFI is a list of questions on future directions that an agency or agencies release to gather input from experts and stakeholders. These requests are pre-funding announcement but allow you to communicate your scientific vision and recommendations which will impact policy, shape future funding directions, and raise your visibility with federal government stakeholders.

Please register here for this August 23rd event. We look forward to seeing you!
