Opportunity Information:

The National Eczema Association is inviting applications for its Catalyst Research Grant program, through which early-career researchers will be awarded seed grants of up to $50,000 in support of novel and promising eczema research aimed at gathering a preliminary yet meaningful body of data that advances the field. 

The foundation has identified the following research priorities: cutting-edge basic and translational science; novel insights with respect to eczema heterogeneity; innovations in clinical practice and care; understanding and alleviating disease burden; and/or eczema prevention.

Eligible applicants include assistant professors (or equivalent) without current or previous NIH R funding as a senior or co-principal investigator, postdoctoral fellows, medical residents or fellows, research associates, and nurse practitioners. Applicants need not be U.S. citizens and the research need not take place in the United States.
