Proposals for DEI in Parkinson's Disease Research

Sponsors:
Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research
Amount:
$400,000
External Deadline:
04/21/21
Opportunity Information:

The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research seeks to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in Parkinson’s disease (PD) research. To that end, the foundation seeks research proposals that will increase inclusivity and broaden understanding of PD and help speed the discovery of strategies for reducing risk and developing treatments for all people.

Researchers in non- and for-profit organizations both in and outside the United States are eligible for funding. As projects may require a range of expertise, MJFF encourages interdisciplinary teams of Parkinson’s researchers, experts at the intersection of aging and health disparities in underrepresented groups, and community organizations to apply.

For additional information, see the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research website.
