Moonshot Thinking Primer: Systems Thinking
The Moonshot Accelerator team invites you to attend a “Moonshot Thinking Primer” on the topic of Systems Thinking on September 23, 2024, 12-1p. Moonshot Thinking Primers are 60-minute, open, virtual sessions that focus on high impact topics that are useful across moonshot competitions and philanthropic proposals.
This session focuses on “Systems Thinking”, specifically as it relates to designing compelling approaches to complex challenges. Systems thinking allows us to understand the broader context of change, including the relationships, processes, and structures that contribute to a challenge we are trying to address.
“Moonshot Thinking Primer: Systems Thinking” is scheduled for September 23, 2024 from 12:00-1:00pm via Zoom. If you are interested in attending this workshop, please fill out this form. A calendar invitation will be sent to the email that you provide.
Attendees will walk away with:
- An understanding of systems thinking, its value, and applications.
- An introduction to several systems thinking frameworks and systems change tools.
- A plan to implement components of systems thinking into your future work.
It is important to acknowledge that 60 minutes is not enough time to cover all of the components of systems thinking. This session is intended to serve as an introduction. Attendees will have the opportunity to apply for a follow up 1:1 coaching session on Systems Thinking to dig deeper into how this approach might be used in their work.
If you are unable to attend this session, we will be offering more Moonshot Thinking Primers in the future.
