- ASU is a member of the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC). MTEC is pro-actively developing proposals in advance of federal needs. While no funding solicitations have been released, ASU faculty can submit a whitepaper for consideration, please email ResearchDevelopment@asu.edu. Topics of interest include: point-of-care diagnostics, prophylactic(s)/therapeutic(s), predictive modeling, and patient monitoring, tracking, and management system.
- BARDA Division of Research, Innovation, and Ventures (DRIVe): BAA-20-100-SOL-0002
- The Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE) is specifically interested in research on the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on undergraduate education. DUE thinks that research about the impacts of such responses on students and educators could provide important new knowledge about STEM learning, virtual learning environments, the impact of stress on learning, and many other important topics. If you are engaged in such research or would like to do so, we encourage you to consider submitting a proposal to any of our relevant funding programs including the Improving Undergraduate STEM Education (IUSE): EHR program, the IUSE:HSI program, the S-STEM program, the ATE program, the Noyce Program, and the ECR Core research program. - Create a network of faculty who can share, leverage, and ask for support from each other and Knowledge Enterprise (KE)<
- Create a bidirectional communication path between faculty and KE/ASU leaders
- Connect faculty with opportunities to contribute to non-sponsored project funded research focused activities
