The trailblazing equality workshop series creates emboldened, empowered individuals who are ready to put talk into action. Attendees will learn from each other and special guest speakers a set of tools and strategies that can be used to advance excellence.

Have some fun on the trail! Each time you attend a workshop, you will be awarded a badge. Badges can be combined to earn a super-badge! Some workshops will also include certification. Attendance is required to earn the badges and certifications.

If you're a faculty member, staff, university administrator, or are a member of the human race, this is the workshop for you!

The first workshop, “Cultural Intelligence for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging”, will be November 12, 2020, 11am - 1pm MST, presented by Dr. Renee Bhatti-Klug. This is to give you a preview of what to expect in 2021. A break will be taken for December and then get ready to start the new year with a new topic and new speaker each month.
