Applications for innovative leukemia research
The When Everyone Survives Leukemia Research Foundation (WES Foundation) was established by the Smith family after their 22-year-old son, Wes, succumbed to leukemia in 2005. WES Foundation works to discover a cure and advance treatment for leukemia by investing in new, innovative research.
The foundation invites proposals for innovative leukemia research. Grants of up to $50,000 will be awarded to new and established investigators for laboratory, translational, or clinical research related to acute leukemia. Renewal of initial research support may be considered for one or more additional years based on productivity.
For complete program guidelines and application instructions, see the WES Leukemia Research Foundation website.
